Raw juice heater and limed juice heater:
WideGap heat exchangers allow the use of lower-grade heat sources, such as condensate or pan vapour.
Clarified juice:
Using vapour bleed-offs and condensate from the evaporators as heat sources, energy consumption will be reduced and the capacity of the evaporators maximised.
Indirect condensers for evaporation and pan vapour:
AlfaCond indirect condensers allow the use of condensate as process water and keep the injection cooling tower uncontaminated.
