Alfa Laval heat exchangers are used to supply instantaneous or semi-instantaneous hot water in large facilities.

The TS6 heat exchanger is particularly well-suited for duties with short temperature programs and low pressure drops

The efficiency of the Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, combined with the advanced steam/condensate controls, can deliver a constant supply of instantaneous hot water.

Example of an installation without a hot water storage tank

The benefits of such a system include:

small footprint - 2 m³ for 1,100 kW for the core unit (3.8 m³ with all available options)
reduced energy losses through radiation, eliminating the waste that occurs in more traditional systems
quick installation with preconfigured, tested, pre-assembled skid-mounted units.
